Workshop Programmes

My programmes have grown organically and draw extensively from humanistic, existential and formative psychology. One of their strengths is that they are built on managerial experience, clinical practice and detailed monitoring and discussion of what makes people more effective in working with other people.

Each of my workshops has a clear statement of aims and objectives, a balance of theoretical input, experiential learning and skilled handling of group process.

Each of us needs to develop professionally in a different time frame and has specific training needs. The flexible modular training structure enables you to participate in developing your own programme to reflect your experience and pace.

For us to work effectively with others, it is essential that we learn at an experiential level as well as understand relevant theory. All my workshops emphasise personal development.

Working on ourselves affects our ethics, attitude, expectations of self and others, ways of working and choice of interventions. It is essential to keep working on our own issues as part of our continuing professional development and our responsibility to take working with others seriously.
